So sacred is the seal of the Confessional that Saint John gave his life rather than to violate this sacred secrecy.
PRAYER: Today no one can keep a secret, but you died in defense of the most important secret ever, that of the Sacred Seal of the Confessional. Lead us, Saint John, to keep silent when we should and keep confidence when we ought. Amen.
